Insurance
True You Counseling, LLC is currently only offering self pay or superbill/out of network options. Insurance contracts pending. This page will be updated with a list once Heather is in network with insurances.
Behavioral health (therapy) could be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please contact your health insurance provider to determine what services are covered by your plan and if they accept superbills from out of network providers. The number to call is typically found on the back of your insurance card.
The following questions may be helpful to ask your health insurance company about your benefits:
- Does my insurance plan include behavioral health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met? When is my deductible period?
- What is my copay? Or if I am using out of network benefits/submitting a superbill, how much will I be reimbursed?
- How many sessions per year are allowed?
- Are teletherapy sessions covered?
Out of Network
Receipts called superbills can be provided to clients wishing to use their out-of-network benefits. Some plans may reimburse a portion of your costs. Please reach out to your health insurance company before starting therapy to determine if & how much they would reimburse you for out of network behavioral health services.
Payment
Fees are due at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are HSA/FSA cards, cash, check, and major credit cards. All clients are required to have a credit card on file in the client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $80.
